Well someone had to do it. The mullet is one of the most classic crazy/funny hair-dos out there. Many sites are dedicated purely to the mullet and its fascinating allure.
It is, obviously, when a person grows out the hair only on the back of their head. Leaving a "business in the front, party in the back" impression.
